West Athens Lime Street Fire District New Fire Station, Athens, NY
We just recently awarded this project by the GC. We are schedule to start on November 2024. Our scopes of work are supply of materials and installation of framing, exterior wall siding, sheetrock, insulation, ceiling, trusscore, doors and hardware.
SUNY Purchase - Renovations to Relocate Admissions for Rehab of Administration Building Phase 1A
The project is currently ongoing, and we are track on schedule. StructureAll scopes of work are installation of light gauge metal wall framing, sheetrock, insulation, ACT and metal ceiling, doors, frames and hardware.
We are scheduled to finish our work by October 2024.
Shaker Place Rehab. & Nursing Center - New Child Day Care Center, Albany, NY
StructureAll just recently finished this 7,000 SF interior renovation project owned by Albany County government installing metal stud wall framing, sheetrock and taping, ACT and grid, doors, frames, and hardware.
pine Bush CSD 2019 Capital Improvement Phase 3
We finished this on time and on budget just this November 2023 concurrently with the Albany project above. It consists of the renovations of three school buildings in three different locations.
Our scopes of work are installation of metal studs, sheetrock and taping, insulation, ACT & grid, doors, frames, and hardware.
Provide Forensic Identification Unit Building & Headquarters Building Addition/Renovations, Poughkeepsie, NY
StructureAll Group started this project last April 2022 consisting of one new Forensic Unit Identification Building and one Building Addition and Renovations to existing State Police Troop K Headquarters Building.
Our scopes of work are installation of metal studs, sheetrock and taping, insulation, ACT & grid, installation of doors, frames and hardware.
Pine Bush CSD 2019 Capital Improvement Project, Pine Bush, NY
We started this project last July 2021 for the following scopes of work: drywall, ceiling, doors, frames and hardware, and toilet accessories for four (4) school buildings capital improvements project.
At some point, our project scopes were ongoing concurrently with different buildings and locations per the schedule to achieve the target completion.
StructureAll successfully finished this project just recently, August2022.
East of Wallkill Emergency Operations Center, New Paltz, NY
We are 95% complete with our scopes of work for this project installing wall framing, sheetrock, wall insulation, taping, ACT & grid, installation of doors, frames and hardware.
This facility has 14,290 square feet floor area that includes an eight-bay firehouse, road and parking improvements.
The main function of this facility is the emergency operations center that will serve as a command center and staging area for police, fire, national guard and Federal Emergency Management Agency personnel during future disaster events.
SUNY REHAB PLAZA FIRST FLOOR SOUTH, ALBANY,NY
StructureAll subcontracted the following scopes of work for this partial renovation project with 10,000 SF of floor area. This meticulous interior renovation project includes metal studs framing, sheetrock including fry Reglet reveals, taping, ACT & grid and installation of doors, frames and hardware.
SUNY PURCHASE COLLEGE – BUILDING #45 DORMITORY CROSSROADS,PURCHASE,NY
StructureAll installed millwork for the 70 rooms of this 50,000 SF three-story dormitory building during summer of 2019.
